I recently had to make several visits to the practice regarding my much-loved pet goat, who sadly passed away as a result of a chronic condition. Despite the very sad outcome, I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the care and compassion shown to both my goat and me throughout what was an extremely difficult time. In particular, I would like to thank the three vets who were principally involved in his care — Emma, Gabby and Ben. Each of them handled the situation with great professionalism, kindness and genuine compassion. On one occasion, I arrived unexpectedly with my goat because I was concerned about his condition. Although Gabby clearly had a very busy schedule, she still found the time to assess and attend to him, showing genuine care and concern. I was extremely grateful that she was willing to accommodate us at such short notice. Understandably, this subsequently resulted in some polite but firm advice from Frances, the Practice Manager, regarding the importance of arranging appointments in advance. I completely understood her position, and I must say that she handled the conversation in a professional and courteous manner. My dealings with Frances and the administrative team were similarly positive; I found them approachable, engaging and professional throughout. Losing a much-loved animal is never easy, particularly after trying so hard to help them recover. However, the kindness, professionalism and compassion shown by Emma, Gabby, Ben and the wider team made a very difficult experience that little bit easier, and for that I am genuinely grateful. RIP Merlin🙏

Think my horse pays for their Christmas bonuses, the little fool he is. But they're well deserved, really good vets.

We checked the prices several times before admitting our cat for spaying. We were told “£93 All in”. Post procedure, we were surprised with additional costs. Not so “all in”. If you say “all in”, that should mean every aspect. Stick to Vets4Pets.
