Absolutely brilliant veterinary practice. Had an issue with one of our dogs on a Sunday, and they got us in at short notice. Prices are very reasonable compared to other vets around. Staff are very nice and friendly.

Brilliant team. Been with vets 1 for a few years. Ive cried on their shoulder when Ive lost a special cat knowing that they did everything they could day and night for him. They’ve been my first port of call for advice. Ive taken lost animals to them, and most recently they have quickly seen our grape eating puppy. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s a busy practice with many vets and team members, I think this only reflects how it must be nice to work there. It’s also reassuring they are there 24 hours a day somebody always picks up the phone. Thank you vets 1 for all you've done for our furry family to date :)

Took our pups in for their second Jab and had an identical experience to the last time I took a puppy for a second jab. The 1st jab was from the breeders vet. My vet makes an excuse to restart the process. So we end up paying more and having to wait longer before the puppies have full immunity. This seems to be a 'thing' with vets and makes me wonder if they buy the vaccine in kits and therefore want to sell both sets. Checking the vaccine website when we got home, and the RSPCA website, the 1st vaccine was given appropriately, and we were booked in within recommended time frames so we should of had our second jab only.. As to the rest of the experience we were seen 25mins late, staff were friendly and the waiting room was busy.

Outstanding Care and Professionalism Vets 1 is, without a doubt, the best veterinary practice we’ve ever used. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and a sense of reassurance that your pet is in the best possible hands. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly passionate about animal welfare. Whether it’s a routine check-up, an emergency visit, or ongoing treatment, the standard of care is exceptional. The vets take time to explain everything clearly, never rush appointments, and always show real empathy — not just for the animals, but for the owners too. What really sets Vets 1 apart is their combination of clinical excellence and personal touch. Our pets are always treated like part of the family, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care. Highly recommended without hesitation — thank you, Vets 1, for everything you do.

After a week of heartbreak and fear following devastating news from another vet, we were told our beloved Saint Bernard, Kingsley, had cancer, liver disease, a twisted intestine, and only days to live. We were urged to put him to sleep — but something didn’t sit right with us. Thankfully, we took Kingsley to Vets One for a second opinion. From the moment we arrived, the care and compassion were on a completely different level. Kathrine, the surgeon, reassured us by saying, “I didn’t become a vet to put animals to sleep — I’ll do everything I can to help him.” It turned out Kingsley didn’t have all those horrific conditions — he simply needed his appendix removed. Thanks to Vets One and Kathrine’s honest and thorough care, Kingsley is still with us. We’ll forever be grateful for their kindness and integrity. Highly recommended.

We're so thrilled with the excellent service at the recommended vet! The caring atmosphere, friendly vibes, and lovely staff make our visits enjoyable. Liam's detailed explanations put us at ease, and our dog is always calm, making us glad we switched vets. Excellent services. Thanks everyone 🙂
