I visited this vet quite some time ago after moving. My dog was checked in order that I could continue with a prescription of some medication he usually took. They issued the meds the first time and I then paid later for a private prescription. When I went to use the private prescription to order meds online, I realised I had lost it. Clearly I am 100% to blame for this and I accept that. I asked if they could kindly please reprint me the same prescription, ie with the same date as previously, not an extension in terms of times, but simply the same document. Would take them seconds to reprint/sign. They did this but I had to pay the full price again, and not cheap - £35! Having since learnt that this practice is part of a much larger commercial group, I have found an excellent independent vets to use for my dogs instead

Have been using this veterinary service for over a year now, we are always welcomed with smiles and even our dog is happy to come through the door! The service is excellent and their care and concern for our pet is second to none. Keep up the good work!

We had an issue with one of our dogs whilst on holiday and the practice fitted us in. The vet was super calm, our dog is quite reactive, and really helpful.

I've just seen a post where an elderly cat was brought to you by CP and put to sleep immediately.. there was allegedly an "issue with his chip" and it seems your local CP branch didn't want to take him on, being old and unlikely to be adopted.. absolutely disgusting when he had a human waiting at home!!! You didn't wait anywhere near the 7 legal days. Since when has being an old cat with (in your opinion) arthritis been a reason to kill a cat immediately without waiting to find his "owner"!!?? Arthritis is TREATABLE!! 🤬
