Very helpful professional and kind

First time visiting since I have acquired larger exotics over the mantids I used to solely own. From researching local areas and expertise Toll Barn was the obvious choice. Saw two members of staff today for my 1 year old Cherry Head Tortoise Annual check up and they were fantastic in reviewing his health and husbandry and giving any helpful pointers to make sure he remains healthy for years to come. Thank you guys for your warm welcome service and look forward to using Toll Barn to manage my entire exotics family going forward :)

Despite being around two hours away from where I live, this practice managed to fit my leopard gecko in on a Saturday, despite us not being registered with them and having nowhere closer able to see her. Unfortunately, we made the incredibly difficult decision to have her put to sleep. As heartbreaking as it was, I genuinely cannot fault the vet who saw us. I unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she was so compassionate, understanding and kind throughout the entire process. She explained every possible option to us, was completely honest and didn’t sugarcoat anything, which I genuinely, really appreciated. There was absolutely no pressure or rush to make a decision, and we were given the time and space we needed. Every step of the process, right up until receiving the lovely card they sent afterwards, felt so thoughtful and meaningful. It made an incredibly difficult experience just that little bit easier. I really appreciate every member of the team who we spoke to and everyone who helped us that day, and day of collection of ashes. Thank you for treating both us and our girl with such compassion and care. ❤️🦎

This vet practice was exceptional, our Pug dropped dead while we was in Walcott on holiday. The compassion that we were shown was really fantastic. Jill the lady on Reception was so helpful in this tragic time for us. Getting paw prints and a nose print complete with a bottle of her hair was completely unexpected. If we lived in the area we would not hesitate to use this vet as they put others to shame. R.I.P. our Rescue Pug called Kitty from Egypt 😢
