Had our first visit after moving our dog from another practice and was very impressed. The reception team were friendly & welcoming and the vet Jade was excellent & caring. All staff were very professional and the whole experience showed us that with Rackheath vets it's about the animals not the money

After numerous phone calls to get an appointment at our original vets and either being told to call back or them hanging up after our dog was very unwell for 3 weeks a friend recommended Rackheath vets we were seen that day , scans , bloods and other checks done , antibiotics given . What an incredible friendly vets now our main vet ! Thankyou to all staff who helped us .

A really wonderful vets. We've had interactions with many members of the team over the past couple of years - vets, nurses and receptionists - and without exception they have been brilliant, in both routine care and a couple of emergencies. Friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, reassuring, and clearly a genuine care for people and their pets. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We’ve registered our kitten and seen the lovely vet Natalie and the amazing nurses. Natalie was very informative re all things kitten care and involved my children. The nurses inspired my 10 year old and she now wants to be a veterinary nurse. Everyone that works at the vets has been very kind and welcoming. They clearly love the animals and all the staff seem very happy in their workplace which is always a great sign. Thank you Rackheath Vets.

My poor dog became very unwell, very quickly. We weren't registered at a vets but a call to Rackheath and we were registered and seen on an emergency appointment. Tests were ran, scans were taken and a diagnosis was given within 3 hours. At every step our dog was treated with compassion and at every step we were given an estimate for any work undertaken. I did not worry about leaving my boy with them as everyone we came across had the same professional and caring attitude. 3 days later, we've been through many visits and had an operation. The support, advice and understanding has been critical in us feeling happy. I truly believe we've received the best possible care and they’ve gone above and beyond to care for my sweet little boy, who we can enjoy for the later years of his life now.

I visited with a friend who had a dog that needed veterinary care. The reception area is fabulous, very spacious with a separate area for cats and dogs and other domestic animals. It was exceptionally clean. The staff are just lovely, excellent customer service. I love that it is an independent vets too.

After coming in to get a second opinion, we decided to register our cat as we felt comfortable with everyone. My cat is my first pet (my husband has had cats before) and we have been worried about her skin since we got her, the receptionists and the vets have been amazing and have listened to our concerns and have taken everything on board. We are still doing trials to see what will work for her but I can't thank the staff enough for making one paranoid owner (me) feel calmer after every visit or phone call.

Lovely practice, highly recommend. We have used Rackheath for 2 years now and never had an issue getting an appointment and always welcomed by all the staff. As a novice dog owner they reassured me when I didn’t need to bring my dog in to save the money which was testament to their honest and caring culture.

Our dog Nala had her spay with Owen. All the staff are wonderful here and take great care of your pets. Excellent care and service all round. Lovely spacious and relaxing environment.
