I cannot thank the staff at Miramar enough for their kindness, help and compassion . We were on holiday near by when our dog suffered a stroke . Sadly we had to say good bye . The way it was handled was exceptional .

Very helpful, informative and friendly staff! All of the veterinary nurses are very patient and knowledgeable, they are always caring and playful with my cats! Would recommend 10/10. My most recent visit was the best, the vet was very reassuring, informative and gave my cats some treats after their vaccinations. Thank you from Olive, Figgy & Junie! 🐈‍⬛

We found an otter cub on the cley marshes today. It was clearly distressed and needed help. We aren't local and didn't know who could help us. I called Miramar and they were lovely and let us take her there whilst they contacted for help. The staff team were really caring and I wouldn't hesitate to take my pet there were I local or with a pet on holiday. Thank you all for your kindness today.

We are staying in Sheringham for a week but forgot to pack our 13-year-old Sheltie's prescription Galliprant for his arthritic joints. The staff at Miramar could not have been more helpful in working out how to access his prescription and dispense enough tablets to see him though the week. They showed a real concern for my dog, and for me - making me a cup of tea whilst I waited. They put my mind at rest and dealt with my problem most sympathetically, saving me an unwanted five-hour round trip. Many thanks!
