Zero stars if I could. Arrived at 16: 42 for a 16:30 appointment after being stuck in Attleborough traffic. It took me 25 mins to get there. On arrival I said I knew I was late was I too late. Yes was the answer as my dog was the last appointment of the day. So now home with my dog and not very happy at the Poor service that Uplands offer. Rant over.

Sadly, when I called Uplands surgery today for annual appointments for rabbits, I was told there was only10th and 17th November available.. We have already had the 10th and I can't make the 17th. The receptionist wasn't able to tell me which dates they were going to be open available in Dec... Is the Attleborough Uplands vets closing?.. Very concerning... However, in the past few years, they have offered an excellent service, have been helpful and friendly.

After struggling to find my cat a very last minute appointment from 12+ vet surgeries, I went in unannounced and they catered to us straight Away. We have just moved to attleborough. uplands were more than welcoming to allow him to be looked at last minute. I am so grateful for them to have done this and they even let him stay in their kennel over the course of the morning and afternoon so that we wouldn’t have to wait for him in the waiting room all day. It’s so great when you find a vet that is willing to do anything for the pet and not just for the pay off. Thank you so much
