We moved to Dereham Vets as we had a vastly inferior service from our previous vets who were completely disorganised and inefficient. Dereham Vets are a breath of fresh air and have proven to be exceptional in all aspects of their work. On one occasion when we bought our beloved Serena in as she was seriously unwell, they went over and above the call of duty to get her transferred over to a specialist vet in Newmarket that same day. Sadly we lost our precious Serena. Dereham vets sent us a touching bereavement card. The staff from receptionists, to the nurses and vets are compassionate and caring and it is so evident upon every single visit I make to the surgery!! Thank you 🙏🏼. Can 100% recommend!!!

A fantastic vets..you walk in...n see 3 happy receptionists...I took dodger in for an xray...we'd been before...n he had to stay all day this time...we panic leaving our pets...I didn't that day...as my vet...sotiroula...I can't praise enough...absolutely brilliant...so gentle...best vet I've ever seen...she tells you everything..worst n best...I trust her totally...I've done as she said....dodger was limping badly....with meds n advice...walk this morning...dodger isn't limping...that says it all n how good she is......also gonna say about what we all dread...money....sotiroula gave me the top price I'd might paying...lot of money...when I came to pay bill...was cheaper than we spoke about....that shows...this veterinary place is doing it right.....a big thank you ....can't thank you enough...box of chocolates on way....x.x.x

We took our puppy to this vet for her first set of vaccinations and a check up. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us and our puppy. As this was our first visit, have given a 4 star rating, but I'm sure this will be upgraded in the future. Highly recommended

Honestly the whole team at Dereham Vets are outstanding. The service really goes above and beyond all expectations. They take great care of our cats, and really reduce the stress out of the situation of what can be a very difficult visit. Anyone in Dereham and the surrounding areas should highly consider using them. Both our cats have had our fair share of appointments, and one a lot more than the other. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done, and are doing for Bobbie in arranging referrals to specialists and working with us on treatment and have made us feel at ease whilst dealing with it.
