Had a very bad experience with Animed. I ordered my cat's regular veterinary wet food from here, I bought it in bulk (four boxes) costing quite a lot. When it arrived, I fed some to my cat and he immediately suffered from food poisoning. He stopped eating for 1-2 days, becoming very unwell. I stopped feeding it to him, but then decided to try again later - he immediately fell ill again. They sent me food that was contaminated or spoilt, and when I raised this to them they did absolutely nothing at all and showed no consideration for the health problems caused to my cat. They did not even ask the batch number to check whether there was a serious contamination issue with this batch. I have to throw these four boxes of wet food away. They refused to offer any refund. I went through my bank to dispute this and get my money back.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding the delivery and availability of products from your company. Firstly, my order (3001796076), which I placed on the 16th of August, was scheduled for delivery in 2-4 days. However, I was disappointed to learn that it did not arrive until much later than promised. This delay not only disrupted my plans but also eroded my trust in your company's reliability. Additionally, I noticed that the item I had ordered was not in stock when I called customer service. This is extremely frustrating, as I had chosen your company for its advertised availability and prompt service. Not being able to receive the product I was looking forward to has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but the lack of communication regarding the status of my order and the availability of products is concerning. I believe improvements in these areas are crucial if you wish to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I hope to see better communication and product availability in the future.

Placed a number of orders for Dog food as the price is very competitive. The delivery is always as expected. My last order was a little last minute and I noticed it has not been processed for a couple of days. I phoned to make sure everything was OK, customer service was great and the food was immediately dispatched and arrived next day. Excellent service.

Terrible 'customer service' from Michelle and Wayne in support... 1. I online order 4kg of cat food that I'm fast running out of, expecting it in the fast despatch/delivery window quoted on the website. 2. Animed support take multiple days to let me know they actually don't have the 4kg bag in stock, despite it being available for me to purchase. 3. They apologise 'for the inconvenience' in their email but refuse to do anything about it, despite clearly having 2 x 2kg bags in stock that could be sent out as an apology and appropriate substitution for the 4kg bag. 4. I begrudgingly go onto the website again to now order 2 × 2kg bags of the food we require, only to see that it says they DO have the 4kg bags in stock... or are they repeating this routine over and over again for other customers?? 5. I've also been given no date for my refund and they still hold my funds for the first unsuccessful order. Shocking experience. Awful customer service. And left without my refund and without the required liver food our elderly cat needs to survive, despite their website claiming it would arrive in a few days. Be better please - train your customer support team to ACTUALLY support customers, understand that 'computer says no' is not a legitimate response to a customer requiring help, and get your online stock levels correct and genuinely reflective of your website. It's not that difficult. Your competitors manage it without issue.

Just my personal experience been ordering for nearly a year now, regularly getting my dogs urinary S/O dog food alot cheaper than elsewhere. Packing is always presentable and sturdy, postage cost are good. This far I can not complain.
