I absolutely love Animed. The price of the prescription only medication that my dog is on is a fraction of the price that my vets sells it for. Ordering is really easy, communication regarding the order from start to finish is second to none and despatch times are brilliant too. Can't rate them highly enough. They have a vast range of pet products in stock too so I'll be looking to purchase from them for a range of things from now on.

WARNING- Count your tablets as soon as… WARNING- Count your tablets as soon as you receive your order! I ordered 70 tablets at 1/2 per day, so they should have lasted 140days. They ran out after just 70 days!! This meant that only 35 tablets had been dispensed. When I complained to Animed, they refused to accept the shortfall as it had been more than 14days (as stated in their T's&C's). I then pointed out that my latest order of 50 tablets (this was correct as I counted them) filled the bottle to the top and that it was impossible to fit 70 in the same sized bottle, however, they still refused the accept that my previous order had been incorrectly dispensed. Very poor customer service. I won't be using then again.

I ordered prescription dog food and paid extra for express delivery, but the order was not dispatched for several days. Because the food was urgent, I had to purchase it from another store. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and I was only refunded the express shipping after contacting them multiple times. Based on this experience, I would advise other buyers not to rely on the delivery speed, especially when the item is urgent.

Ordered dog food on Thursday, had an email from animed to state 48hr delivery. Not turned up, animed blaming their courier . Sorry my contract is with animed and not with the courier. Not happy as it is vets recommended food we need.

My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I was worried and spent hundreds at the vets. I went on line and searched Animed. The info I recieved re diabetic dog food and treats was fantastic and free. I now have my dogs diabetes under control. Thankyou ANIMED, you you saved me a lot of money but more importantly you saved my dogs life.
