Bright, clean, welcoming and professional. Have been with Justin for years at Roydon so was very pleased when he opened at dersingham as it's nearer

Excellent experience at this vets. Our dog had been unwell and managed to get appointment within two hours. Very helpful and friendly receptionist and Justin, the vet, was very caring. Reasonable rates as well.

My first visit after taking over the care of my late mum's pets was a very positive experience. I found both the receptionist and vet extremely friendly, welcoming and reassuring. The vet had to put up with a very stinky cat and did so with grace and humour. He was able to easily cut the dog's nails without so much as a whimper - she normally makes a huge fuss. Prices were reasonable and an appointment was booked the next day - compared with over a month wait at my own vets! Long opening hours, so I can visit after work. Will definitely be staying with this practice. Thank you!

Cannot fault Justin and his team. Am able to get an appointment at short notice if needed, and the service by both Justin and the receptionist team is friendly, warm and helpful. Justin showed genuine care for my pets and anything they might need is dealt with efficiently and without fuss. The fact that the surgery is so local to me is a massive plus!
