We have been with Terrington vets for some time, and even when we moved away, we stay with them because they are fab! They really know us and our pets well. We had an appointment yesterday with our rescue cat, and everyone was so helpful, kind and thorough. Always excellent!!!

Don't trust this vet under any circumstances!! A member of the public took our poor old cat into this joke of a vets, putting him under undue stress. They took action without consent, claimed our cat was riddled with fleas, which he wasn't, but they also decided to give him a flea treatment without knowing if he had recently had one, which is dangerous and negligent in of itself. They do not appear to be concerned with the welfare of your pet, just concerned with making money out of their condition, and if they can't do that then they make threats. This an unprofessional outfit, who reported us to the RSPCA. Fortunately our actual vets are much better than this one, they checked him out and agreed that his various issues are due to his age, and the best thing was not to place him under any further unesseccary stress. There was no need to put him through what Terrington Vets put him through. We were upset by the actions of this vet, and instead of being understanding, they were threatening. The RSPCA have confirmed they will disregard any further information given by this vet in relation to our pet, I would assume this is because he is now being treated by people who actually know what they're talking about and don't just have their own interests at heart. Update: our cat died shortly after this experience, and we feel that the stress he was put through by this vets potentially contributed to his death. Having had dealings with this vet once, that is enough thank you. Consider yourself warned regarding this unprofessional rabble, avoid!!

Cannot recommend Terrington Vets enough, they went above and beyond to make sure they sorted Winnie out, for second opinions and made sure she was safe. They made sure we were comforted in such a scary time, every single person who works there is an asset to the business and I cannot thank them enough🩷
